ELECTRICAL BOX

The remote mountable electric box is manufactured using NEMA 4 construction, with custom harness lengths to fit each application. The box is ventilated with a cooling fan.
NOTE: If the application requires, a two (2) door version is an option.

(A) The high efficiency compressors are the 'heart" of the SOW system, and the Hydromatic is the system's 'brain". The Hydromatic is a microprocessor-based digital control system that incorporates many unique features:

  • compressor sequencing for equal life cycle performance
  • constant water temperature display and Heat/Cool LED's for quick visual check
  • "Bimini" override switches permit a direct manual operation
  • Pressure, temperature and line voltage monitoring system for extended component life
  • Adjustable temperature range between compressor stages permits fine tuning of system

(B) Each refrigerant stage is completely protected with electronic freeze- stats, high limit safety switches as well as tempered flow switches

(C) All compressors, pump(s) and heater(s) are controlled by high quality lEG contactors and are protected by individual circuit breakers

(D) All wiring from the electric box to the chiller components is connected via terminal blocks for easy troubleshooting.



Custom Option: Electric Box mounted on top of unit. Marine Air SCW08-CSTM 9-Ton, 3-Staged, 230 Volt Single Phase, Reverse Cycle.
